Data Analytics Portfolio Projects
This is an overview of some of my data analysis portfolio projects. In each project, emphasis is placed on one or more parts of the data analysis process. For example, a certain project may focus more on cleaning data and thereby ensuring a solid foundation to build on, while another project might focus on visualizing data and extracting useful insights from it. In addition, not all projects are created with the same tools. In line with the aforementioned examples, one project may use Python in combination with Tableau, while another project may use SQL and Looker Studio.

EDA - Top 1000 IMDb movie dataset

With this exploratory data analysis (EDA), we delve into the world of movies, uncovering trends and patterns in a Kaggle dataset of the top 1000 films on the IMDb website. This project is only available in English.
Alzheimer's Disease Infographic

For this portfolio project, I have visualized a Kaggle data set on Alzheimer’s disease. Seeing as I have had several family members who have suffered from the disease, this was a topic near and dear to my heart. To be able to make the data interesting, I’ve created an infographic.
Nearest McDonald's Locations Dashboard

This portfolio project is a dashboard which will show the two nearest McDonald’s locations based on your zip code (United States only). It is made in Looker Studio, with its data fed through Google BigQuery.
Storytelling in Tableau

In this portfolio project we will be using real data from the San Francisco Police Department. This portfolio project emphasizes storytelling and visualizing data in Tableau, and was the capstone project for a Tableau specalization (UC Davis). This project is only available in English.
Visualizing Geospatial Data
Looker Studio
This portfolio project centers around visualizing geospatial data in Looker Studio. It uses real data provided by the City of Amsterdam on speed limits within the city, which is used to visualize the maximum speed for every road on a Google map. This project is only available in English.
Calorie Intake Calculator
Looker Studio
This portfolio project is a calorie intake calculator, created entirely in Looker Studio. Simply enter your age, weight, height, gender (at birth) and how active you are on a daily basis, and you will be shown how many calories you will need to burn to maintain your weight, lose weight moderately, or lose weight quickly.
